.GAY – Tentative Launch Schedule
Registry operator Top Level Design, LLC has announced a tentative launch schedule for the new gTLD .GAY as follows.
As we informed you previously, the registry operator for .EU domain names in Europe, EURid, will be deleting all Cyrillic script domain names with the Latin script .eu extension on the 31st May 2019.
.UK – Right of Registration Reminder
As you might recall, the priority window to register your equivalent top level .UK domain name based on your current domain ending in either CO.UK, ORG.UK, .ME.UK, .NET.UK, .PLC.UK or lLTD.UK ends 25 June 2019.
.CLUB announces Trademark Sentry, a registry-specific blocking service that will allow the owner of a US-registered trade mark to block that mark appearing within any portion of a .CLUB domain name, thereby protecting, according to the registry, “trillions of permutations of a qualified trademark”.
On 24 April the Internet Watch Foundation (IWF) released their 2018 Annual Report: Once Upon a Year. The IWF is an independent self-regulated organisation with a vision to eliminate child sexual abuse online. The remit of the IWF is to remove child sexual abuse content hosted anywhere in the world, and non-photographic child sexual abuse images hosted in the United Kingdom.

ET – Registrations now opened The Ethiopian Registry, Ethio Telecom, has now opened registrations of .ET domains to foreign applicants; until now registrations under this TLD were restricted to local applicants only.
