The registry for the ccTLD .TM in Turkmenistan, NIC.TM, has announced that from 1 June 2024 it is to transition from an initial 10-year domain name registration to the 1-year registration industry standard and new pricing will come into effect as follows:

The registry is also, in collaboration with WIPO, to implement TrustMeasurement.TM (“TM.TM”) in the .TM TLD by 1 June 2024. This service will offer the validation of domain name holders by NIC.TM registrars and trademark lawyers, so that domain holders can earn a clickable “kite mark” for their websites, which verifies the domain in a pop-up window linked to the TM.TM database. Details are being finalised and we will send an update in due course.
The .VEGAS registry, Dot Vegas, Inc., has announced a pricing promotion on first-year new domain name registrations of USD 15 (standard price is USD 39.95) from 1 January 2024 (00:00 UTC) to 30 June 2024 (23:59:59 UTC).
Any additional create years will be charged at the standard price of USD 39.95 and premium domain names are not included in the promotion.
Com Laude fees and the ICANN USD 0.18 per domain year levy are additional and VAT will be added where applicable.
