Launch of .DIY, .FOOD, .LIVING, .LIFESTYLE, and .VANA
Registry operator Internet Naming Co. has announced the launch of 5 new gTLDs, .DIY, .FOOD, .LIVING, .LIFESTYLE and .VANA, on 24 January 2024 as follows:
All launch phases will start at 16:00 UTC and end at 15:59:59 UTC.
(*) A limited registration period open to any applicant. Mirrors EAP day 1 and will have the same fees.
These are all unrestricted TLDs and are launched on a first-come, first-served bases during all phases – there will be no auctions.
WHOIS privacy and proxy will be supported during all TLD launch phases. IDNs are not supported.
The .DIY, .FOOD, .LIVING and .LIFESTYLE TLDs will share one premium list; your Domain Strategist can advise on premium domains and prices.
.VANA operates like a traditional open gTLD and once in General Availability, .VANA is intended to be used in collaboration with major Web3 ecosystems to bring new functionality to domain names. We will share more information on this once we have received more details from the Registry.
Extension of Claims period for .MOSCOW and .МОСКВА (Russian for Moscow)
The registry operator for .MOSCOW and .МОСКВА (Russian for Moscow – .xn--80adxhks), Foundation for Assistance for Internet Technologies and Infrastructure Development (FAITID), has announced that it has extended the Trademark Claims period for domains until 4 January 2025.
The following policies have been updated accordingly and will come into force on 5 January 2024:

- Schedule of .MOSCOW and .MOCKВА domain name registration periods
