Launch of New .BR Extensions

Registro.br, who are part of NIC.br and responsible for the registration and maintenance of the .BR domain, have launched four new extensions as follows:

• .API.BR – Application Interfaces
• .IA.BR – Inteligência Artificial (Artificial Intelligence)
• .SOCIAL.BR – Social Media
• .XYZ.BR – Miscellaneous

Registrations are open on a first-come, first-served basis. As with the other .BR TLDs, a local presence is required for these new extensions together with a CNPJ or CPF – this can be provided.
