Word from the CEO: Exciting times at Com Laude

I am very excited to announce that Com Laude is joining forces with new investment partners. It gives me great pleasure to welcome PX3 Partners, a leading pan-European private equity firm based in London.

PX3 stands for purpose, passion, and performance – echoing Com Laude’s cultural values and ways of working. Their experience, assisting management teams to build even greater businesses, stood out for us during our selection process. We are an excellent match.

This concludes the refinancing project that has kept our senior leadership team very busy over the past months, and to each of them I am truly grateful for their unstinting commitment to our exceptional business. They are an inspiration.

To our outgoing investors, Vespa Capital, the last several years have been a genuine pleasure, and I am truly grateful for Vespa’s support. It’s been quite a journey filled with significant achievements as we diversified our business lines, strengthened our team, added further global brand clients, entered new markets and invested in the best technology in our sector (not that I’m biased!). My sincere thanks to Vespa and we wish you every future success.

To the founders of the Com Laude Group (Nick and Lorna) and our acquired subsidiary Demys (Penny and Andrew) you created very special businesses and instilled ways of working that make the Com Laude Group such a pleasure to work in and such a strong brand in the industry. On behalf of all of my colleagues, we are truly grateful to be part of Com Laude’s ongoing success. Nick – we look forward to working with you in a consultancy capacity, and Lorna, Andrew and Penny we wish you a very fond farewell in your retirement or your next ventures and of course every good fortune.

Looking to the future then, there are many opportunities for Com Laude (too many to go into). We have a very strong business and with PX3 we are perfectly placed to accelerate our strategy, namely leading the sector by service and technology. The PX3 relationship will bring greater investment in the next phase of the business, which will be beneficial to our clients as we continue to satisfy their domain-related needs and exceed their expectations with our new innovations. And equally beneficial to our team members, with opportunities to learn and grow and advance the enriching culture we have created in this special business.
