• The obligations in terms of eligibility;
• Your rights and obligations in your capacity as the holder of a domain name;
• Your responsibility with regard to the choice of domain name including the obligation to respect the rules laid down in the French Electronic Communications and Telecommunications Act; and
• Your obligations under the French Postal and Electronic Communications Code and regarding the need to provide precise identification data.
