Should you wish to register .wang names with us or transfer .wang names to our management, the Registry Operator Zodiac Registry Limited, imposes certain conditions. As set in our Terms and Conditions, by placing an order with us you unconditionally agree to be bound by these conditions as follows:

1. Registrant shall comply with all Registry Policies. In the event of any inconsistency between any Registry Policy and the Registrar’s Terms and Conditions, then that Registry Policy will prevail to the extent of such inconsistency.
2. Registrant agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Registry Operator and its subcontractors (including the Registry Services Provider), and their respective directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against, to the maximum extent permitted by law, any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs and expenses, including reasonable legal fees and expenses arising out of or relating to, for any reason whatsoever, the Registrant’s registration or use of Registered Name. This indemnification obligation survives the termination or expiration of the Registrar’s Terms and Conditions.
3. Registrant is prohibited from distributing malware, abusively operating botnets, phishing, piracy, trademark or copyright infringement, fraudulent or deceptive practices, counterfeiting or otherwise engaging in activity contrary to applicable law. Consequences for which include suspension of Registrant’s domain names for such activities, as set out in the relevant Registry Policy.
4. Registrant shall comply with the Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy (“UDRP”) identified on ICANN’s website (www.icann.org/general/consensus-policies.htm), as may be modified from time to time. Registrant shall also comply with the Uniform Rapid Suspension (“URS”) procedure or its replacement, as well as with any other applicable dispute resolution procedure as required by ICANN or Registry Operator.

1. Registrant consents to the collection, use, disclosure, publication and processing of their Personal Data by Registry Operator in a manner consistent with Registry Operator’s privacy policy.
2. Registrant acknowledges that Registry Operator may from time to time use the demographic data collected for statistical analysis, provided that this analysis will not disclose individual Personal Data and provided that such use is compatible with the notice provided to registrars regarding the purpose and procedures for such use.
3. Registrant shall comply with the following requirements:
   1. ICANN standards, policies, procedures, and practices for which Registry Operator has monitoring responsibility in accordance with the Registry Agreement or other arrangement with ICANN; and
   2. Operational standards, policies (including the Registry Policies), procedures, and practices for the Registry TLD established from time to time by Registry Operator (including its subcontractors) in a non- arbitrary manner and applicable to all registrars (the “Operational Requirements”), and consistent with the Registry Agreement, as applicable, upon Registry Operator’s notification to Registrar of the establishment of those terms and conditions.
