Should you wish to register .vu names with us or transfer .vu names to our management, then the Registry Operator, Telecommunications Radiocommunications and Broadcasting Regulator, imposes certain conditions. As set out in our Terms and Conditions, by placing an order with us you unconditionally agree to be bound by these conditions as follows:

• you consent to the use, copying, distribution, publication and other processing of personal data by the Registry Operator, its designee and agents in a manner consistent with the purpose of carrying out the Registry Operator services and for us to carry out the Services under your contract with us.
• you agree to raise any complaints with us within 60 days from the date the relevant service was supplied to you. If we cannot resolve the complaint it may be presented to the Registry Operator who will decide whether to investigate it.
• you will ensure that any order of any court or other tribunal having jurisdiction regarding any domain name registered to you is complied with.
