Should you wish to register .tv names with us or transfer .tv names to our management, the Registry Operator, Registry Services, LLC dba GoDaddy, imposes certain conditions. As set out in our Terms and Conditions, by placing an order with us you unconditionally agree to be bound by these conditions. You agree and acknowledge the .tv registry policies as set out below and updated from time to time:

• The Government of Tuvalu’s (ccTLD Manager) standards, policies, procedures, and practices for which Registry Operator has monitoring responsibility.
• Registry requirements as established from time to time by Registry Operator, including Registry Operator published policies. Additional or revised Registry requirements shall be effective upon thirty (30) days’ notice.
• You acknowledge that the price for the creation of a .tv domain name may be greater than or less than the price for the renewal of that .tv domain name.
• You agree to refrain from distributing malware, abusively operating botnets, phishing, piracy, trademark or copyright infringement, fraudulent or deceptive practices, counterfeiting, sending unsolicited bulk email or spam or otherwise engaging in activity contrary to applicable law. Breach of this clause would result in a material breach and Com Laude shall have the option, at its discretion, of terminating its agreement with you.
• You consent to the use, copying, distribution, publication, modification and other processing of your Personal Data (which for the avoidance of doubt includes your staff) by Registry Operator, its service providers, subcontractors and agents in a manner consistent with Registry Operator published policies and all other purposes of collection notified to Com Laude by Registry Operator.
• You agree to adhere to any policies, rules or procedures applicable under the Registry TLD Rights Protection Mechanisms (RPMs), submit to any proceedings brought in relation to the RPMs, and acknowledge any potential consequences of the RPMs.

• You agree to immediately correct and update the registration information for the .tv domain name during the registration term.
• You agree that your use of the .tv domain name shall comply with all applicable Registry requirements, including, but not limited to, Registry Operator published policies.
• You acknowledge and agree that Registry Operator reserves the right to deny, cancel or transfer any registration or transaction, or place any .tv domain name on registry lock, hold or similar status, that it deems necessary, in its discretion: (a) to protect the integrity and stability of the registry; (b) to comply with any applicable laws, government rules or requirements, requests of law enforcement, or any dispute resolution process; (c) to avoid any liability, civil or criminal, on the part of Registry Operator, as well as its affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, and employees; (d) per the terms of your agreement with Com Laude; (e) to correct mistakes made by Registry Operator or Com Laude in connection with a .tv domain name registration; (f) to enforce the Registry requirements; and (g) to prevent use of the .tv domain name in a manner contrary to the intended purpose. Registry Operator also reserves the right to lock, hold or place a similar status a .tv domain name during resolution of a dispute. Registry Operator shall have no liability of any kind to you or your customers, affiliates, service providers or any other party as a result of such denial, cancellation or transfer.
• By submitting a request for a .tv domain name, you represent and warrant that: (a) to your knowledge, the registration of the requested .tv domain name does not and will not infringe upon or otherwise violate the rights of any third party; (b) you are not submitting the request for a .tv domain name for an unlawful purposes, and you will not use the .tv domain name for an unlawful purpose; (c) you will not knowingly use the .tv domain name in violation of any applicable laws or regulations or of the rights of any third parties; and (d) that it will use the .tv domain name in accordance with the Registry requirements.
• You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Registry Operator, and its subcontractors, directors, officers, employees, affiliates and agents of each of them from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs and expenses, including reasonable legal fees and expenses, arising out of or relating to your .tv domain name registration. You agree that this indemnification obligation survive the termination or expiration of your agreement with Com Laude.
