The .to TLD is managed by the Internet Naming Company for the Tonga Network Information Center (Tonic). The .to domain is the country code top-level domain (ccTLD) for the Kingdom of Tonga. Should you wish to register .to names with us or transfer .to names to our management, the registry operator Internet Naming Company imposes certain conditions. As set out in our Terms and Conditions, by placing an order with us you unconditionally agree to be bound by these conditions. You agree and acknowledge to the registry policies and Acceptable Use Policy and Terms of Service from time to time as set out below and updated from time to time:

You acknowledge and expressly agree that Internet Naming Co. or its registry operators reserve the right to deny, cancel or transfer any registration or transaction, or place any domain name(s) on registry lock, hold or similar status, as it deems necessary, in its unlimited and sole discretion: (i) to correct mistakes made by Internet Naming Co. or by us in connection with a domain name registration, or (ii) for the non-payment of fees to Internet Naming Co.

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Internet Naming Co. and its subcontractors, and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs and expenses, including reasonable legal fees and expenses arising out of or relating to, for any reason whatsoever, your domain name registration. This indemnification obligation shall survive the termination or expiration of the agreement between you and us.

You agree to comply with all ICANN consensus policies applicable to you, including (i) the Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy (“UDRP”), as adopted by the ICANN Board of Directors on August 26, 1999; and (ii) the Inter-Registrar Transfer Policy, as adopted by the ICANN Board of Directors on November 12, 2004; and (iii) such other ICANN consensus policies as ICANN publishes on its website and makes applicable to Internet Naming Co., Com Laude or registered names holders.

You agree to comply with each of the following requirements:

• ICANN standards, policies, procedures, and practices for Internet Naming Co. has monitoring responsibility in accordance with the Registry Agreement or other arrangement with ICANN; and
• Operational standards, policies, procedures, and practices for the Internet Naming Co. Supported TLDs established from time to time by Internet Naming Co. in a non-arbitrary manner and applicable to all registrars (“Operational Requirements”), including affiliates of Internet Naming Co., and consistent with Internet Naming Co’s Registry Agreement with ICANN, as applicable, upon Internet Naming Co’s notification to Registrar of the establishment of those terms and conditions.

We as the Registrar retain the following information: registrant’s first name, last name and email address. Where a registrant is a company, we shall collect first name, last name, company name and email. These details are referred to as the “Domain Registration Data”. The Domain Registration Data are not retained by Internet Naming Co or the Registry, but will be forwarded to Internet Naming Co or the Registry on request. All Data Subject requests related to a .TO domain should be directed to us.

We are responsible for providing .TO registrant information sought by law enforcement and/or by third parties via court order and/or subpoena. Internet Naming Co or the Registry will direct any such requests to us.
