Should you wish to register .moscow names with up or transfer .moscow names to our management, the Registry Operator, Foundation for Assistance for Internet Technologies and Infrastructure Development, imposes certain conditions. As set in our Terms and Conditions, by placing an order with us you unconditionally agree to be bound by these conditions as follows:

1. Registrant consents to the collection and use of Registrant’s personal data during the domain name registration process by the Registry Operator.
2. Registrant agrees to abide by the Registry Operator’s policies as amended from time to time.
3. Registrant shall comply with the UDRP and URS rules and decisions, as approved by ICANN and published on the official website of ICANN.
4. Registrant is prohibited from distributing malware and abusively operating botnets, engaging in phishing, piracy, trademark, or copyright infringement, fraudulent or illegal practices, or otherwise engaging in activities prohibited by the laws in effect of the Russian Federation.

1. Registrant shall comply with all ICANN requirements for Registrants.
2. Registrant acknowledges that Registry Operator and Registrar will only process personal data for the purposes of domain name registration in the Registry and maintenance of records on registered domain names in the Registry. Terms and conditions of personal data processing are set forth in the Registry Operator’s Privacy Policy
3. Registrant agrees to provide the Registrar with up-to-date and accurate information required for the domain name registration application and for any other requests by the Registrar in relation to the domain name.
