.mobile

Should you wish to register .mobile names with us or transfer .mobile names to our management, DISH Network Corporation (the “Registry Operator”) imposes certain conditions. As set out in our Terms and Conditions, by placing an order with us you unconditionally agree to be bound by the conditions imposed by the Registry Operator as follows:

You agree to comply with

(a) the Registry Operator’s Policies, including but not limited to the Acceptable Use Policies, as they may be updated from time to time and published on the Registry Operator’s website http://nic.mobile, and consistent with the Registry Operator’s Registry Agreement with ICANN.

(b) each of the following requirements: (a) ICANN standards, policies, procedures, and practices for which the Registry Operator has monitoring responsibility in accordance with the Registry Agreement or other arrangement with ICANN; and (b) operational standards, policies, procedures, and practices for the TLD established from time to time by the Registry Operator or by the RSP, as the case may be, in a non-arbitrary manner and applicable to all registrars (“Operational Requirements“), and consistent with the Registry Operator’s Registry Agreement with ICANN, as applicable, upon the Registry Operator’s notification to Registrar of the establishment of those terms and conditions.

You acknowledge and agree that the Registry Operator, or the RSP as the case may be, reserves the right to deny, cancel, or transfer any registration or transaction, or place any domain name(s) on registry lock, serverHold or similar status, as it deems necessary, in its unlimited and sole discretion: (i) to correct mistakes made by the Registry Operator or any Registrar in connection with a domain name registration, or (ii) to address domain names abuse or any other violation of a .TLD .mobile policy or (iii) for the non-payment of fees to the Registry Operator; and (b) indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Registry Operator and its subcontractors, including the RSP, and its and their directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees and expenses, arising out of or relating to, for any reason whatsoever, the Registered Name Holder’s domain name registration. This indemnification obligation shall survive the termination or expiration of the registration agreement.
