Should you wish to register .locker names with us or transfer .locker names to our management, the registry operator, Orange Domains LLC (“Orange Domains”) imposes certain conditions. As set out in our Terms and Conditions, by placing an order with us you unconditionally agree to be bound by these conditions. You agree to comply with and acknowledge the .locker registry policies of Orange Domains as set out at this link .locker (nic.locker) and updated from time to time:

• Registry Policy Statement – Acceptable Use Policy and Terms of Service
• DNSSEC Practice Statement
• Privacy Policy
• WHOIS Access Policy
• You acknowledge and agree that Orange Domains or their Registry Service Provider (“RSP”) as the case may be, reserves the right to deny, cancel, or transfer any registration or transaction, or place any domain name(s) on registry lock, serverHold or similar status, as it deems necessary, in its unlimited and sole discretion: (i) to correct mistakes made by Orange Domains or by Com Laude or any other Registrar in connection with a domain name registration, or (ii) to address domain names abuse or any other violation of a .locker policy or (iii) for the non-payment of fees to Orange Domains.
• You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Orange Domains and its subcontractors, including the RSP, and its and their directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees and expenses, arising out of or relating to, for any reason whatsoever, your domain name registration. You agree that this indemnification obligation shall survive the termination or expiration of your registration agreement.

• You agree and acknowledge that personal data about you is shared with Orange Domains and with the RSP during the registration process and you consent to such collection and use.
• You agree to comply with all ICANN consensus policies applicable to you, including but not limited to (i) the Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy (“UDRP”) or any successor policies; (ii) Uniform Rapid Suspension (“URS”) policy or any successor policies; (iii) any other rights protection mechanisms (“RPMs”) that may be mandated from time to time by ICANN or Registry Operator; (iv) the Inter-Registrar Transfer Policy or any successor policies; and (iv) such other ICANN consensus policies as ICANN publishes on its website and makes applicable to Orange Domains, Com Laude, or registered names holders.
• You agree to comply with each of the following requirements:
  • ICANN standards, policies, procedures, and practices, including those for which the Orange Domains has monitoring responsibility in accordance with the Registry Agreement or other arrangement with ICANN; and
  • Operational standards, policies, procedures, and practices for the TLD(s) established from time to time by the Orange Domains or by the RSP in a non-arbitrary manner and applicable to all registrars (“Operational Requirements”).
