Should you wish to register .lk names with us or transfer these names to our management, then the Registry Operator LK Domain Registry (“Registry”) imposes certain conditions. As set out in our Terms and Conditions, by placing an order with us you unconditionally agree to be bound by the Registry’s terms and conditions and Policies from time to time including but not limited to:

• the Domain Name Registration Agreement available on the Registry’s website at domains.lk,
• all Registry polices including the Domain Name Registration Policy at https://www.domains.lk/domain-registration-policy/
• the General Terms and Conditions for .lk Registrants, and
• if applicable, the Tems and Conditions for Instant Domain Registration Service.

You agree:

• not to engage in any illegal or prohibited activities, including but not limited to trademark infringement, cybersquatting or spamming;
• the use of the domain name will not infringe on any third party intellectual property rights and/or does not violate any trademark and copyright;
• to indemnify and hold the LK Domain Registry clear of any and all costs, fees, and/or expenses arising from litigation involving trademark, trade name, service mark, and any other name infringements, or other reasons;
• to promptly inform us of any changes to the registration data; and
• that the domain name is registered only for a legitimate purpose and will not mislead the public or be offensive to any person or group.

The Registry does not permit the sale or transfer of the domain name.

You agree that the Registry may review the registration data and details of the application for registration and may suspend or de-register domain names which it deems not acceptable.
