Should you wish to register .latino names with us or transfer .latino names to our management, the Registry Operator, DISH Network Corporation, imposes certain conditions. By placing an order with us you unconditionally agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions as follows:

  • You acknowledge and agree that the Registry Operator, or the RSP as the case may be, reserves the right to deny, cancel, or transfer any registration or transaction, or place any domain name(s) on registry lock, serverHold or similar status, as it deems necessary, in its unlimited and sole discretion: (i) to correct mistakes made by the Registry Operator or any Registrar in connection with a domain name registration, or (ii) to address domain names abuse or any other violation of a .TLD .latino policy or (iii) for the non-payment of fees to the Registry Operator; and (b) indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Registry Operator and its subcontractors, including the RSP, and its and their directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees and expenses, arising out of or relating to, for any reason whatsoever, your domain name registration. You agree that this indemnification obligation survives the termination or expiration of the registration agreement.
  • You agree to comply with the Registry Operator’s Acceptable Use Policies and other policies, as they may be updated from time to time and published on the Registry Operator’s website http://nic.latino, and consistent with the Registry Operator’s Registry Agreement with ICANN.
  • You acknowledge that registration data may be collected, processed, and shared with the Registry Operator, the Registry Service Provider, ICANN, data escrow providers, and other third parties as required or permitted under the Registry Agreement and the ICANN Registration Data Policy.
  • You agree that you shall not register or use your domain name registration for  distributing malware, abusively operating botnets, phishing, piracy, trademark or copyright infringement, fraudulent or deceptive practices, counterfeiting or otherwise engage in activity contrary to applicable law. You acknowledge that engaging in such activities may result in suspension of the domain name without notice or such other actions as may be deemed appropriate.
  • You agree that you shall comply with each of the following requirements: (a) ICANN standards, policies, procedures, and practices for which the Registry Operator has monitoring responsibility in accordance with the Registry Agreement or other arrangement with ICANN; and (b) operational standards, policies, procedures, and practices for the TLD established from time to time by the Registry Operator or by the RSP, as the case may be, in a non-arbitrary manner and applicable to all registrars.
