Should you wish to register .help names with us or transfer .help names to our management, the registry operator, imposes certain conditions. As set out in our Terms and Conditions, by placing an order with us you unconditionally agree to be bound by these conditions. You agree and acknowledge the .help registry policies as set out below and updated from time to time:

  • Registration and Service Agreement
  • TLD-Specific Domain Registration Provisions and Policies
  • You acknowledge and expressly agree that Internet Naming Co. or its registry operators reserve the right to deny, cancel or transfer any registration or transaction, or place any domain name(s) on registry lock, hold or similar status, as it deems necessary, in its unlimited and sole discretion: (i) to correct mistakes made by Internet Naming Co. or by us in connection with a domain name registration, or (ii) for the non-payment of fees to Internet Naming Co.
  • You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Internet Naming Co. and its subcontractors, and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs and expenses, including reasonable legal fees and expenses arising out of or relating to, for any reason whatsoever, your domain name registration. This indemnification obligation shall survive the termination or expiration of the agreement between the Registrar and the Registrant.
  • You agree to comply with all ICANN consensus policies applicable to you, including (i) the Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy (“UDRP”), as adopted by the ICANN Board of Directors on August 26, 1999; and (ii) the Inter-Registrar Transfer Policy, as adopted by the ICANN Board of Directors on November 12, 2004; and (iii) such other ICANN consensus policies as ICANN publishes on its website and makes applicable to Internet Naming Co., Com Laude or registered names holders.
  • You agree to comply with each of the following requirements:
    • ICANN standards, policies, procedures, and practices for which Internet Naming Co. has monitoring responsibility in accordance with the Registry Agreement or other arrangement with ICANN; and
    • Operational standards, policies, procedures, and practices for the Internet Naming Co. Supported TLDs established from time to time by Internet Naming Co. in a nonarbitrary manner and applicable to all registrars (“Operational Requirements”), including affiliates of Internet Naming Co., and consistent with Internet Naming Co’s Registry Agreement with ICANN, as applicable, upon Internet Naming Co’s notification to Registrar of the establishment of those terms and conditions.
