The GlobalBlock service is operated by the Brand Safety Alliance, LLC, a GoDaddy Registry company (“BSA”) and provides for the purchase of one or a collection of domain names to be blocked from registration in participating GlobalBlock TLDs. By purchasing a GlobalBlock service order you agree to:

(i) the Terms of Use of the service, applicable published policies as may be updated from time to time by BSA here: https://globalblock.co/policies/;

(ii)  being the legitimate holder of a right being submitted for verification through the BSA Gateway Verification process and/or are expressly authorized to participate in the service on behalf of, the applicant, if applicable;

(iii) holding an SMD containing the trademark at the time an order is requested, if applicable and/or confirm that the SMD comes from the TMCH and is valid at the time of request, if applicable;

(iv) consent to the handling, use and processing of personal data consistent with applicable law and your data processing agreement with us; and

(v) to indemnify, defend and hold harmless BSA, and its subcontractors, directors, officers, employees, affiliates and agents of each of them from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs and expenses, including reasonable legal fees and expenses, arising out of or relating to your order(s). This indemnification obligation survives the termination or expiration of your contract with us.
