.ga Gabon

Should you wish to register .ga names with us or transfer .ga names to our management, the registry operator, L’Agence Nationale des Infrastructures Numériques et des Fréquences (ANINF) (the “Registry”), imposes certain conditions. As set out in our Terms and Conditions, by placing an order with us you unconditionally agree to be bound by these conditions. You agree to the following:

  • The Registry policies as may be made available here: www.nic.ga
  • You shall indemnify and hold harmless, to the extent permitted by law, the Registry and the directors, officers, employees and agents of the Registry, against all claims, damages, liabilities, costs and expenses arising from or in connection with your registration and/or use of a .ga domain name
  • The Registry reserves the right to change the status of the domain name in the course of a dispute resolution or legal proceeding, verification of compliance (e.g. suspension, blocking), and to refuse, modify, cancel or transfer any registration as the Registry may deem necessary, in its sole discretion, in order to:
    • protect the integrity, security and stability of the Registry System;
    • comply with all applicable laws and regulations, or comply with any dispute resolution procedures;
    • hold harmless the Registry, its affiliates, members, subsidiaries, officers, directors and employees;
    • stop or prevent any violation of the provisions of this Agreement;
    • correct errors made by the Registry or a Registrar with respect to the registration of a domain name; and
    • ensure compliance with the Registry policies.
  • You will refrain from engaging in the following practices:
    • Distribution of malware
    • Misuse of botnets
    • Phishing
    • Hacking
    • Infringement of copyrights or brand names
    • Fraudulent or deceptive practices
    • Counterfeiting or any other activity contrary to the legislation in force.

The Registry reserves the right to suspend the domain name if any of the above practices occur.
