Should you wish to register .forum names with us or transfer .forum names to our management, the Registry, Fegistry, LLC and the Registry Services Provider, Minds + Machines Group Limited, imposes certain conditions. As set out in our Terms and Conditions, by placing an order with us you unconditionally agree to be bound by these conditions. • Any other policy or policies as may be released from time to time by the Registry within ninety (90) days prior written notice and/or available on the Registry Service Provider’s website: https://mmx.co/policies
• You acknowledge and expressly agree to the .forum Registration Agreement, a copy of which has been supplied to you or is available on the Registry Service Provider’s website: https://mmx.co/uploads/archive/policies/Sample-Registrant-Agreement.pdf
• You acknowledge and agree that the Registry reserves the right to deny, cancel or transfer any registration or transaction, or place any domain name(s) on registry lock, hold, or similar status as it deems necessary, in its unlimited and sole discretion: (1) to comply with specifications adopted by any industry group generally recognized as authoritative with respect to the Internet (e.g. RFCs), (2) to correct mistakes made by the Registry or by Com Laude in connection with a domain name registration, or (3) if required by a URS or UDRP, proceeding; (4) under the terms of the registry policies; and/or (4) for the non-payment of fees to the Registry

• You acknowledge and agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Registry and its subcontractors, and its and their directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs and expenses, including reasonable legal fees and expenses arising out of or relating to, for any reason whatsoever, your domain name registration. You agree that this indemnification obligation survives the termination or expiration of your contract with Com Laude
• You acknowledge and agree that you are prohibited from distributing malware, abusively operating botnets, phishing, piracy, trademark or copyright infringement, fraudulent or deceptive practices, counterfeiting or otherwise engaging in activity contrary to applicable law, and that evidence of any such activity may result in application by the Registry or Com Laude of consequences (consistent with applicable law and any related procedures) including suspension of the domain name
• You acknowledge and agree that if you are in breach of any term of the .forum Registration Agreement, the Registry is entitled (and without prejudice to Com Laude’s ability to take such steps as it considers appropriate pursuant to the registry policies) to instruct Com Laude to exercise any of the powers granted to Com Laude pursuant to section 8 of the .forum Registration Agreement. Whether and to what extent the Registry instructs Com Laude to exercise any such power is a matter that the Registry may decide in its absolute discretion, but insofar as it is reasonably possible to do so it shall consult with Com Laude before issuing any such instruction
• You acknowledge and agree that that the Registry may block any names as required by its contract with ICANN or by applicable law
• You agree that the Registry may reserve names from registration and/or release such names at any time. For bulk transfers, and where the sponsorship of a domain name is transferred from an ICANN Accredited Registrar to another ICANN-Accredited Registrar, other than an ICANN approved bulk transfer, the Registry may require the registrar receiving the sponsorship to renew the name for one year, subject to a ten-year maximum on the future term of any domain-name registration
