Should you wish to register .buzz names with us or transfer .buzz names to our management, the Registry Operator, DotStrategy, Co., imposes certain conditions. As set out in our Terms and Conditions, by placing an order with us you unconditionally agree to be bound by these conditions as follows:

  1. Registrant consents to the collection and use of Personal Data by Registry Operator for the purposes of providing Registry Services as defined in ICANN’s Registry Agreements (including but not limited to publication of registration data in the directory services, also known as “Whois” or “RDDS”) and to protect the security and stability of the Registry Services and Systems. Notwithstanding the above, Registrant accepts and acknowledges that Registry Operator may from time to time use the demographic data collected for internal statistical analysis, provided that this analysis will not disclose individual Personal Data and provided such use is compatible with the notices provided to registrars regarding the purpose and procedures for such use.
  2. Registrant shall comply with Registry Operator’s Acceptable Use policies and Terms of Service, if any, as they may be instituted or updated from time to time and published on the Registry website specific to the Registry TLD for the Registered Name.
  3. Registrant acknowledges having read and understood and agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions of the following documents, as they may be amended from time to time, which are hereby incorporated and made an integral part of this Agreement:
    1. The Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy, available at http://www.icann.org/en/help/dndr/udrp/policy;
    2. The Uniform Rapid Suspension Procedure and Rules, available at http://newgtlds.icann.org/en/announcements-and-media/announcement-05mar13-en; and
    3. The Transfer Dispute Resolution Policy, available at http://www.icann.org/en/help/dndr/tdrp
  4. Registrant warrants and represents that the data provided in the domain name registration application is true, correct, up to date and complete.
  5. Registrant confirms it has the authority to enter into the Registrar’s Terms and Conditions.
  1. Registrant is prohibited from distributing malware, abusively operating botnets, phishing, piracy, trademark or copyright infringement, fraudulent or deceptive practices, counterfeiting or otherwise engaging in activity contrary to applicable law, and Registrant acknowledges that (providing consistent with applicable law and any related procedures) consequences for such activities including suspension of the domain name.
  2. Registrant shall comply with the following requirements:
    1. ICANN standards, policies, procedures, and practices for which Registry Operator has monitoring responsibility in accordance with the Registry Agreement or other arrangement with ICANN.
    2. Operational standards, policies, procedures, and practices for the Registry TLD as set forth in the Registry Agreement and as established from time to time by Registry Operator in a non-arbitrary manner and applicable to all registrars (“Operational Requirements”), including affiliates of Registry Operator, and consistent with ICANN’s standards, policies, procedures, and practices and Registry Operator’s Registry Agreement with ICANN. Registrant acknowledges that additional or revised Registry Operator operational standards, policies, procedures, and practices for the Registry TLD shall be effective upon ninety (90) days’ notice by Registry Operator to Registrar.
  3. Registrant acknowledges and agrees that Registry Operator reserves the right to deny, cancel, place on registry-lock or hold, or transfer any registration that it deems necessary, in its discretion:
    1. to protect the integrity, security and stability of the Internet or Registry;
    2. to comply with any applicable laws, government rules or requirements, requests of law enforcement or any other relevant authority or in compliance with any dispute resolution process;
    3. to avoid any liability, civil or criminal, on the part of Registry Operator and Registry Service Provider and their affiliates, subsidiaries, subcontractors, officers, directors, employees and stockholders;
    4. for violations of this Agreement;
    5. to correct mistakes made by Registry Operator or any Registrar in connection with a domain name registration; and/or ensure compliance with ICANN and/or Registry Operator policies and/or procedures. Registrant also acknowledges and accepts that Registry Operator also reserves the right to lock or place on hold a domain name during resolution of a dispute;
    6. for the non-payment of fees to Registry Operator.
  4. Registrant acknowledges that Registry Operator reserves the right to take immediate action to remove orphan glue records (as defined at http://www.icann.org/en/committees/security/sac048.pdf) when provided with evidence in written form that such records are present in connection with malicious conduct.
  5. Registrant shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Registry Operator and Registry Service Provider and their subcontractors, subsidiaries, affiliates, divisions, shareholders, directors, officers, employees, accountants, attorneys, insurers, agents, predecessors, successors and assigns, from and against any and all claims, demands, damages, losses, costs, expenses, causes of action or other liabilities of any kind, whether known or unknown, including reasonable legal and attorney’s fees and expenses, in any way arising out of, relating to, or otherwise in connection with the Registered Name Holder’s domain name registration. This indemnification obligation shall survive the termination or expiration of the Registrar’s Terms and Conditions with the Registrant.
