Should you wish to register .购物 names with us or transfer .购物 names to our management, then the Registry Operator, Nawang Heli(Xiamen) Network Service Co., LTD., imposes certain conditions. As set out in our agreement with you, by placing an order with us for a .购物 domain name you unconditionally agree to be bound by Registry Rules, policies and procedures – including the .购物 domain registration conditions as follows:

• You acknowledge and agree that the Registry Operator reserves the right to deny, cancel, or transfer any registration or transaction, or place any domain name(s) on registry lock, hold, or similar status as it deems necessary, in its unlimited and sole discretion: (1) to comply with specifications adopted by any industry group generally recognized as authoritative with respect to the Internet (e.g., RFCs); (2) to correct mistakes made by the Registry Operator or any Registrar in connection with a domain name registration; (3) if required by a URS, UDRP, CRS proceeding; or (4) for the non-payment of fees to the Registry Operator.
• You indemnify and hold harmless the Registry Operator and its subcontractors, and its and their employees, directors, officers, representatives, delegates, shareholders, affiliates, agents, successors, and/or assigns from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees and expenses arising out of or relating to, for any reason whatsoever, your domain name registration. This indemnification obligation survive the termination or expiration of your registration agreement with Com Laude.

• You acknowledge and agree that you are prohibited from distributing malware, abusively operating botnets, phishing, piracy, trademark or copyright infringement, fraudulent or deceptive practices, counterfeiting or otherwise engaging in activity contrary to applicable law, and that evidence of any such activity may result in application by the Registry Operator or Com Laude of consequences (consistent with applicable law and any related procedures) including suspension of the domain name.
• You agree to submit to the Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy (UDRP), Uniform Rapid Suspension (URS), and the Inter-Registrar Transfer Policy, each in their most recent form and each as may be amended from time to time.
• You agree to comply with ICANN standards, policies, procedures, and practices for which the Registry Operator has monitoring responsibility in accordance with the Registry Agreement or other arrangement with ICANN.
• You agree to comply with operational standards, policies, procedures, and practices for the TLD established from time to time by the Registry Operator in a non-arbitrary manner and applicable to all registrars, including affiliates of the Registry, and consistent with the Registry Operator’s Registry Agreement with ICANN, as applicable, upon the Registry Operator’s notification to Com Laude of the establishment of those terms and conditions upon 90-day notice, except in circumstances where a regulatory body (e.g. ICANN) or law enforcement mandates registries to meet shorter deadlines, in which case Com Laude will work with the Registry Operator to agree on an appropriate date to implement such changes.
