Should you wish to register .招聘names with us or transfer .招聘names to our management, the Registry Operator, Dot Trademark TLD Holding Company Limited, imposes certain conditions. As set out in our Terms and Conditions, by placing an order with us you unconditionally agree to be bound by these conditions as follows:

  1. Registrant agrees and is committed to complying with ICANN standards, policies, procedures, and practices limiting domain names that may be registered. Registrar agrees to comply with applicable statutes and regulations limiting the domain names that may be registered.
  2. Registrant agrees and is committed to complying with “.招聘” Domain Registry Policies, “.招聘” domain registration policy, standards, procedures, and practices limiting domain names that may be registered including, but not limited to, the requirements listed in the Registrant Responsibilities of the “.招聘” domain registration policy and such policies laid down by from time to time at http://dotzhaopin.com/site/policy.
  3. Registrant agrees to promptly provide the relevant accurate information and evidence (via the Registrar/Reseller) to the “.招聘” Registry, and to provide updates if such information or evidence changes during the term of the registration. If any of the supporting information submitted in relation to the registration of a domain name changes at any time subsequent to the registration of the domain name, including but not limited to, business or identity certificate renewal; invalidated, cancelled, abandoned, or expiration, the registrant shall promptly inform the “.招聘” Registry and provide the relevant accurate information and proof to substantiate the continued validity of the relevant certificate. Upon failing to do so, the “.招聘” Registry shall have the discretion to cancel the domain name registration.
  4. Registrant agrees that registration shall be subject to proceedings under the domain name dispute resolution policies adopted by the “.招聘” Registry, including the Sunrise Dispute Resolution Policy (“SDRP”), ICANN’s dispute resolution policies for top-level domain names including the Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy (“UDRP”) and the Uniform Rapid Suspension System (“URS”) (collectively “Dispute Resolution Policies”).
  1. Registrant acknowledges and agrees that the Registry and Registrar reserves the right to transfer, suspend or cancel the domain name at its own discretion where necessary, so as to (i) comply with requirements of authoritative documents generally accepted in the Internet industry (such as RFC); (ii) correct mistakes occurred during the domain name registration process of Registrar; (iii) prevent the non-payment of the registration fee; (iv) guarantee the domain name registration information is true, accurate and complete; (v) comply with relevant laws, governmental regulations or requirements, or law enforcement requirements or dispute resolution procedures; and (vi) avoid civil or criminal liabilities of “.招聘” Registry or its affiliates, subsidiaries, offices, directors or employees.
  2. Registrant shall be responsible for maintaining that the business or identity certificate used for the “.招聘” Domain Name registration is valid and in effect. If the Registry discovers that the above mentioned certificate used for the “.招聘” Domain Name registration is no longer valid , a notification will be sent to the registrant and the relevant domain name will be placed in “server hold” status (prohibited from resolving, renewal, update and transfer). The relevant domain name will only be removed from “server hold” status provided that the registrant submits proof of a valid certificate to the Registry and such proof validated.
  3. Registrant shall indemnify and hold harmless the “.招聘” Registry and its subsidiaries, affiliates, subordinates, stockholders, directors, managers, employees, accountants, lawyers, insurance company, agents, predecessor, successor and transferee against any and all claims, demands, losses, fees, expenditures, actions or other liabilities (known or unknown) arising from or relating to the registration of a domain name by the Registrant. Such indemnification shall survive the termination or expiration of your registration agreement.
