Should you wish to register .LA names with us or transfer .LA names to our management, Dot LA Marketing Company Ltd (DLAMC) (the “Registry Operator”), imposes certain conditions. As set out in our Terms and Conditions, by placing an order with us you unconditionally agree to be bound by these conditions as follows: (in the paragraphs below, “Registrant” means the registrant of a .LA domain name, “Registered Name” means a .LA domain name and “Registrar” means Com Laude).

  1. Registrant will comply with all .LA registry policies.
    DLAMC may amend or otherwise revise any of such DLAMC policies from time to time. The registrant agrees to such amendments or modification.
  2. Registrant consents to the use, copying, distribution, publication, modification, and other processing of Registrants Personal Data by DLAMC and CentralNic and its designees and agents in a manner consistent with the purposes specified pursuant in providing the domain name.
  3. Registrant agrees to provide to Registrar accurate and reliable contact details and promptly correct and update them during the term of the Registered Name registration, including: the full name, postal address, email address, voice telephone number, and fax number if available of the
  4. Registrant; name of authorised person for contact purposes in the case of a Registrant that is an organisation, association, or corporation; and any other data that the Registry Operator requires to be submitted.
  1. Registrant agrees that the provision of inaccurate or unreliable information, or its failure promptly to update information provided to Registrar, shall constitute a material breach of the Registrant’s Registration Agreement with Registrar and be a basis for cancellation of the Registered Name registration.
  2. Registrant agrees to accept written complaints from third parties regarding false and/or inaccurate WHOIS data and follow reasonable policies published by Registry from time to time with respect to such complaints.
  3. Registrant acknowledges that DLAMC reserves the right to deny, cancel, transfer or otherwise make unavailable any registration that it deems necessary;
    1. To protect the integrity and stability of the registry;
    2. To comply with any applicable laws, government rules or requirements, requests of law enforcement, in compliance with any dispute resolution process;
    3. To avoid any liability, civil or criminal, on the part of DLAMC, as well as its affiliates, subsidiaries or subcontractors, or the officers, directors, representatives, employees, or stockholders of any of them;
    4. For violations of the registration agreement; or
    5. To correct mistakes made by DLAMC or any registrar in connection with a domain name registration.

Registrant further acknowledges that DLAMC also reserves the right to freeze or lock a domain name during resolution of a dispute.
