We draw to your attention clause 8 of the Minds + Machines Protected Marks List Terms and Conditions, which provides that registrant information may be published as follows: “8. Publication of Subscriber Information M+M reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to publicly publish the names and other identifying information of the person and/or entity who have subscribed for the Services and the domain name relating thereto in the Whois database or otherwise.”
