This TLD is operated by the European Broadcasting Union (the “Registry” or “Registry Operator”). The Registry imposes certain conditions for the registration of domain names in its TLDs. As set out in our terms and conditions, by placing an order with us you unconditionally agree to be bound by these conditions as follows:

  1. Registrant agrees to abide by .RADIO registry policies.
  2. Registrant acknowledges and agrees that:
    1. Registrant is fully responsible for the registration and use of the registered domain name
    2. Registrant shall indemnify, to the maximum extent permitted by Law, defend and hold harmless Registry, Registry’s service providers, as well as Registry directors, officers and employees and agents from and against any claim, damages, liabilities, costs and expenses arising out of or relating to Registrant’s domain name registration and/or use.
  3. Registrant expressly agrees that the Registry and Registry service providers acting on behalf of the Registry reserve the right to change the status of the domain name during the resolution of a dispute or a compliance procedure (e.g. put on hold, lock), as well as to deny, modify, cancel or transfer any registration that it deems necessary, in its sole discretion, in order to:
    1. Protect the integrity, security and stability of the Registry System
    2. Comply with all appropriate laws, government rules or requirements, requests of law enforcement or any other relevant authority, or in compliance with any dispute resolution process
    3. Avoid any liability of Registry, its affiliates, members, subsidiaries, officers, directors, and employees
    4. Stop or prevent any violations of any terms and conditions of the Registry-Registrar Agreement
    5. Correct mistakes made by Registry, Registry service providers or any registrar in relation to a domain registration and;
    6. Ensure compliance with ICANN and/or Registry Policies.
  4. Registrant will immediately correct and update the registration information for the registered name during the registration term.
  5. Registrant will adhere and comply with all applicable ICANN or Registry mandated policies and procedures for resolution of disputes concerning domain names registered in the Registry System.
  1. Registrants are prohibited from distributing malware, abusively operating botnets, phishing, piracy, trademark or copyright infringement, fraudulent or deceptive practices, counterfeiting, or otherwise engaging in any activity contrary to any applicable law, consequences for such activities include suspension of the domain name.

Registry Operator imposes the following obligations upon resellers of Registry Operator’s domain names:

  1. Reseller, is bound by, and will comply with all obligations applicable to Registrar in the Registry-Registrar Agreement.
  2. Reseller shall fully defend, indemnify and hold harmless Registry, and Registry officers, directors, agents, employees, and subcontractors for any loss, liabilities, damages, costs or expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, resulting from any third party claim, action, or demand arising out any dispute in relation to any domain name registered by the reseller in the Registry System, including but not limited to disputes arising out of reseller’s non-compliance with Registrar’s obligations under the Registry-Registrar Agreement or reseller’s infringement of third party rights.
