The applicable Domain Regulation constitutes standard terms to fulfil the legal relationship between the Estonian Internet Foundation (EIF), the Registrant and the Registrar. The Registrant has an obligation to the EIF to comply with the applicable Domain Regulation and instructions specifying the Domain Regulation, together with the rest of the EIF policies published on the EIF website .

The EIF may require the Registrant to fulfil its obligations to the EIF under the service contract and the application for registration of the domain.
