Our team have presented and participated at many industry conferences. A number of examples are given below:

Nick Wood, MD of Com Laude, participated in the process that led to the creation of ICANN in the late 1990s and since then has attended over 40 ICANN meetings and been an officer on two occasions of the Intellectual Property Constituency. In the past 12 months, the Com Laude management team has represented trademark/commercial interests on discussion panels at meetings for new gTLD applicants, GAC (Government Advisory Committee), and the ccNSO (Country Code Names Supporting Organisation). Other members of Com Laude are actively involved in the different activities, conferences and policy making initiatives of ICANN, through participation in ICANN Working Groups and ad hoc meetings.

Nick was one of three European representatives on ICANN's 14 person Implementation Recommendation Team (IRT) which proposed rights protection measures for the new gTLDs
